Team Excellence, LLC is a job/business training designed to teach self-discipline, responsibility, self- esteem, work ethics, personal growth, positive mental attitudes and setting goals for the future. In short, we teach people to teach themselves. By going door to door we found this to be a great training ground to get hands on experience for public relations and good communication skills. To complete training, they must accumulate 20,000 Credit points by getting you to become a sponsor. With the proceeds we earn from reading materials, we place ads in local newspapers and on radio stations to recruit people who want to do something for themselves. We purchase Vehicles to transport ourselves and we pay for room and board for the new trainees we hire until they are able to support themselves.
